MMASTARS: What is your favorite technique?
MS: "Charging Bull Horn." It's an ancient Muay-Thai technique; springing/leaping knee, directed to the chest, neck and foce of the opponent.
MMASTARS: What are your thoughts on Frank Shamrock and being a part of his team?
MS: He's the greatest fighter on the planet. A cardio machine that never runs out of energy. He's a gifted instructor with a warrior spirit and has the heart of a lion. Frank as a coach he is very fair and hard working. He sets a good example and pushes us to the edge. I feel great comraderie on the team.
MMASTARS: Do you have a hero?
MS: Yes! Superman! He embodies everything good and honerable in life. He is nearly un-beatable (only Kryptonite).
MMASTARS: Outside of MMA what kind of things do you enjoy doing?
MS: Fine food an wine, cooking, raching motorcycles, snowboarding, and travelling.
MMASTARS: When you were a young boy, what did you fantasize about becoming?
MS: A super-hero.
