Jeff Quinlan is a born fighter. Raised on the south side of Chicago his alcoholic father taught him 'sef-defense' at a young age. A natural athlete and inquisitive student, his skills were quickly picked by the US Government and he served his country in the Navy. His first fight and victory was against a 300 pound Hawaiin on the Island; and with all that Meat in the cage and a guttsy comeback chokeout, Jeff stole the show. Skyrocketing into MMA he is a member of the Shamrock Submission Fighting Team and premiered on FSN and MYNetwork in the IFL for the San Jose Razorclaws. He currently instructs adult and kids classes as well as still competing professionally.

JQ: I came to San Jose with no money or skill. Frank took me and built me fro the ground up... I owe him everything. Frank knows his stuff! It's scary how effortless his technique looks. Aside form beatingo n people, he has taught me tons about teaching, business, and presenting myself.
MMASTARS: What is your favorite technique?
JQ: Anything painful!!
MMASTARS: Outsie of fighting, do you have any hobbies or interests?
JQ: Dogs, reptiles, and hanging with my family.
MMASTARS: Who is your hero?
JQ: There are many who have influenced my life for the better. Those are the people I look up to: Mom, Frank, Tony DeMaria, Bag of Donuts.
